Reita Lebrock

Co-Founder & Owner
Reita brings over three decades of experience in health and social care, progressing from frontline roles to senior leadership across complex services in the UK. She founded Seven Care Services and recognised for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and clinical services.

This includes:

  • A national domiciliary care organisation, operating eight regional branches and delivering services under 14 NHS and Local Authority contracts .
  • A specialist interpreting and translation company, delivering services across the NHS and wider public sector, with:
    • A network of over 500 interpreters.
    • Coverage across 120+ community languages.
    • Delivery of large-scale, high-volume healthcare contracts.

Both organisations were successfully scaled and subsequently sold to a leading European facilities management group — Spain’s largest provider in the sector, employing over 80,000 people worldwide. This demonstrates a proven ability to build high-performing, scalable businesses that are attractive to international acquirers.
