Feeding People Experiencing Homelessness
We believe that everyone deserves dignity, kindness and access to a warm meal. Jeb and Reita regularly support initiatives that provide food to people experiencing homelessness and financial hardship.
This commitment reflects the Sikh tradition of langar, where food is prepared and shared freely with everyone without distinction. Through this work, we hope to offer not only practical support but also a sense of care, respect and human connection.
Investing in Local Sport
Alexandra Gladestone is proud to fund and sponsor local football, boxing and rugby teams in Nuneaton, where our business has its headquarters.
We believe sport plays an important role in building stronger and healthier communities. It promotes physical and emotional wellbeing while teaching discipline, teamwork, resilience and respect.
Local sports clubs also provide children and young people with positive environments in which to develop their confidence, form friendships and experience a genuine sense of belonging. By supporting grassroots sport, we are helping local clubs remain accessible and continue creating meaningful opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Jeb and Reita remain closely connected to their Punjabi heritage and regularly fund community projects in their native Punjab, India.
